Neil Vance

Board Secretary, Quality Committee, Finance Committee

Now retired, Neil worked as an actuary for the State of New Jersey, where he worked for the Medicaid program and the NJ Division of Aging, developing innovative programs to provide services outside of nursing homes.
Neil holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and is a member of  the Society of Actuaries. 

Neil is active in Fallsington Friends Meeting.
